Jag Ramdas is a senior human resources executive and strategic C-suite advisor with more than two decades of experience designing high-impact organizational strategies across world-class academic institutions, global technology firms, and complex life science ecosystems. Known for balancing acute strategic vision with a deeply human-centric approach, they excel at transforming workplace cultures, leading cross-functional teams through massive organizational changes, and building resilient international operations.

Ramdas’ HR career began in the high-stakes trenches of labor relations, where they quickly mastered the art of “human friction resolution”—navigating intense workplace dynamics, complex collective bargaining, and regulatory frameworks to build consensus where others found gridlock. This foundational experience sparked a lifelong commitment to understanding what drives people and organizations to thrive under pressure.

Combining a foundational BA in psychology from SUNY New Paltz with an MS in human resource development from Clemson University, Ramdas seamlessly bridges behavioral science with pragmatic business execution. Over the course of their career, they have held pivotal leadership roles at Harvard University, Boston University, and Rightpoint (a Genpact company)–where they implemented global HR business partner (HRBP) models and managed cross-functional talent strategies spanning the United States, India, Latin America, and the United Kingdom.
