Executive Office

The Executive Office staff supports our executive team, manages Ragon-wide events and faculty searches, and supports the Ragon’s educational efforts.

Facilities and Lab Ops

The Facilities Department manages the complex infrastructure and safety requirements of our lab and buildings. They are also supporting the design of our new building.


The Finance Department oversees the financial health of the Institute, including budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and long-term planning.

Grants Management

The Grants Management team handles all aspects of the grant process, from coordinating a smooth and complete submission process to tracking, reporting, and managing the funds once a grant has been awarded.


The HR Department manages the employee experience from recruiting candidates to managing payroll and benefits programs to compliance issues and the development of policy and guidelines.


The IT Department is responsible for the management, strategy, and execution of IT infrastructure for the Ragon, from servers and computers to data protection and storage.


The Regulatory Department works with our clinical research team to understand and ensure compliance with the guidelines and regulations that govern any research involving human subjects.

Strategic Initiatives

The Office for Strategic Initiatives is responsible for the creation and implementation of fundraising goals and objectives. Strategic Initiatives also develops external communication strategies to support these goals and to raise the visibility of the Ragon Institute among the general public.
