Amy’s dedication to mentorship is evident in her tireless efforts to create an inclusive, equitable environment, provide career guidance, and advocate for organizational changes that remove barriers to success for women.

In addition to her impactful mentorship, Amy leads pioneering research in the fight against tuberculosis (TB), studying the molecular pathogenesis of Mycobacterium tuberculosis to develop new treatments and preventions for this global health challenge. Her leadership exemplifies the values of innovation, collaboration, and empowerment.
